HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your date and time.  This deposit is applied to your final balance which is due the day of  your ceremony.  Cash, checks and money orders are accepted. Secure credit card transactions are provided by Square.

SInce 2005, My West Michigan Wedding has successfully provided professional officiant services at reasonable and affordable rates.  Serving a large geographic area, and providing different levels of service prevents offering a one-size-fits-all price.

All credit card transactions are through Square Financial Services.  I do not receive, view or retain any credit card information.  Any personal information supplied through the use of information forms is SSL verified and secured.

Requests for changes to date and/or time of event are subject to availability. I will make every attempt to accommodate a request for change.  Depending on circumstances, a fee may be imposed for changes.  If changes cannot be accommodated, a loss of reservation fee may be imposed.  West Michigan Wedding reserves the right to evaluate if a refund, less a $35 processing fee, may be warranted for certain circumstances.

Any cancellation of a reserved date results in a loss of your deposited reservation fee.  Any cancellation within 30 days of a reserved date requires payment of balance in full for the ceremony and also for a rehearsal if scheduled.   Other services  like music, sound, etc may be cancelled without penalty.  My West Michigan Wedding reserves the right to evaluate if a full refund, less a $35 processing fee, may be warranted for certain circumstances.
